You Need to Try Chef Jason’s Spicy Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 to 1 ½ pounds chicken wings
  • ¼ cup Cajun spice
  • 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
  • ½ cup sambal oelek
  • ½ cup Backyard Bees Honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cups fried garlic
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

DIRECTIONS

Place chicken wings in a bowl and toss with grape seed oil. Dust with the Cajun spice until evenly coated. Place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside until cool. For the sauce, combine sambal oelek, honey, rice wine vinegar and garlic and store at room temperature until ready to serve. To assemble, heat frying oil to 350 degrees and fry the chicken wings for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from the fryer and place in a bowl. Add sauce to coat, and serve hot. Recipe compliments of
