That’s ok, because there are professionals that have mastered the trade and are more than happy to help set us up for success at our next dinner party. The current 6-for-$60 wine program, where you get six bottles of wine with tasting notes and pairing suggestions, is currently available at Old Vine Cafe and is the perfect addition to your next occasion.

Tucked away in a quaint, peaceful corner of THE CAMP, Old Vine Cafe offers a modern day culinary experience; you get the scene, the atmosphere, the Insta-worthy cuisine and the exposure to new ingredients that are presented in a variety of fun, creative ways. Owner and Executive Chef Mark McDonald is who you have the thank for this experience, and for a limited time you get to take most of that experience with you.

2013 Atance, Bobal – Valencia, Spain
This 100% Bobal offers ripe fruit & moderate tannins, with bright acidity.
Suggested pairing: BBQ Pork Ribs

2012 Carlos Serres, Crianza – Rioja, Spain
This 85% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha is aged for 14 months in oak barrels and offers spiced red fruit notes with well balanced acidity and tannins.
Suggested Pairing: Paella with Dark Meat Poulty & Pork

2013 De Gregorio, Ruanello Bianco – Sicily, Italy
This white blend of Inzolia & Cataratto, offers vibrant acidity, seashell mineralogy, and sweet citrus notes.
Suggested Pairing: Light Pasta Dishes, Seafood & Lemon

2015 Carlos Serres, Rioja Blanco – Rioja, Spain
This 85% Viura, 15% Tempranillo Blanco offers ripe green apple notes with flowers on the nose and is nicely balanced with vibrant acidity.
Suggested Pairing: Semi-Firm Manchego Cheese, Sliced Apples

2009 Cantina del Valdarno Superiore, Chianti Classico – Italy
This aged 95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo offers tart red cherry fruit, herbal notes, and moderate tannins.
Suggested Pairing: Pasta Bolognese, Parmigiano Reggiano, Rosemary Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2013 MAN Family Wines, Shiraz – South Africa
100% Shiraz offers ripe blue & black fruit, with mild pepper notes.
