• 2 oz. Sipsmith Gin
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. hibiscus syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Scrappy’s
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• ¼ cup dried hibiscus
- To make the hibiscus syrup, bring the sugar, water and dried hibiscus to a slow boil while stirring. Then turn on the heat and allow to cool while steeping.
- To prepare the Gin Blossom cocktail, combine 1 oz. of the hibiscus syrup with the remaining ingredients in a mixing tin without ice and shake for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Add ice and shake another 25 times. Fine-strain the mixture into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with baby’s breath or edible flowers. Cheers!
