Andrei’s Creates Miracles for Kids!

Andrei’s hosts a fundraiser benefitting the children’s charity in honor of its 10th anniversary.

To mark 10 years of giving through culinary creativity, Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails is serving up a menu of signature dishes priced at $10 each from July 1 to 13.

The eatery was founded with the intention of donating 100 percent of its net profits to The Andrei Foundation, which supports numerous charitable causes and organizations. For the entire month of July, 20 percent of all sales will be donated to Miracles for Kids, a West Coast organization devoted to providing financial stability and mental-health services to families with critically ill children.

“We can’t think of a better way to commemorate a decade of this commitment than with a grand fundraiser that will make a difference in the lives of many local families,” says Natalia Ostensen, one of the restaurant’s owners.

A variety of signature dishes, including gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options, will be available for guests to choose from, along with a multi-dessert tasting and the restaurant’s famous Bastille Day cocktail.

Here’s a sampling of some of the items on the special menu.

Double Dip Duo

Cilantro-green pea hummus and avocado bacon dip with warm pita and seasonal vegetables.

Vegetable Caponata

A medley of organic carrots, Indian eggplant, sweet peppers, kohlrabi and caulilini with zucchini noodles and fresh pesto.

Bastille Day

X-Rated Liqueur with fresh Berries and brut Champagne.
