ith the approaching Labor Day weekend comes the close of one season, and thoughts of shorter days, crisp Autumn nights and pumpkin-spiced everything as we welcome the next. But before you cozy up with a Hot Toddy by the fire, savor the rest of sun season with these icy beverages fit for any summertime soiree. Chambord, a French black-raspberry liqueur, believes in living in the moment, and soaking up the rest of summer, which – let’s face it … will be the most sweltering.

As beautiful as they are delicious, indulge in the season’s hottest frozen cocktail trends by mixing up these warm-weather recipes once more this Labor Day. Three cocktails for your three day weekend, send off summer with something tasty and vibrant in your glass.

Blush Slush

A twist on the popular #frose trend, this frozen slush is as delicious as it is Instagramable. Enjoy with a spoon or a festive straw – or forgo both and slurp away!


  • 5 oz. Frozen Rose
  • 1.5 oz. Chambord Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • ½ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Mint sprig
  • Blackberries

Add all ingredients to a blender with a handful of ice. Mix until ingredients are fully incorporated. Pour into a pretty glass, garnish with blackberries and mint, and serve.


Who doesn’t love an icy-cold, all-natural fruit popsicle during the heat of summer? And who would turn down some bubbly on the side? Combine these two crowd-pleasing pops for a warm-weather Poptail, perfect for your long weekend (Makes ten popsicles).


  • ½ cup Fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ cup Whole Raspberries
  • ½ cup Blackberries
  • ¼ cup Chambord Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Korbel Extra Dry California Champagne

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well-incorporated. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Place one frozen popsicle into a glass and top with Korbel. Garnish with more fruit or a fun straw. Enjoy!

Black Raspberry Margarita

On the rocks, or blended with ice, this classic cocktail gets elevated with fresh fruit, spices, liqueurs and even champagne. We’re continuing the vibrant berry theme by adding a splash of black raspberry liqueur.


  • 1 oz. Tequila Herradura Silver
  • 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. Agave nectar
  • ½ oz. Chambord Liqueur
  • Lime wedge
  • Blackberries

Add ingredients to a blender with a handful of fresh ice. Blend until all ingredients are combined and frothy. Or, combine liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a frosted glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime and blackberry.
