The Boozy Creamery is a fantastic company that lets you create your own boozy, creamy creations right from your kitchen. Just add your drink of choice, mix, freeze, and serve! We have thought of four great ways to incorporate The Boozy Creamery’s ice cream flavors into an unforgettable dessert—for 21 and over of course.

Irish Mudslide on Brownies

How can you go wrong with chocolate on top of chocolate? The Irish Mudslide flavor (the one we demo-ed in our video) is a ganache flavored ice cream that you mix Bailey’s Irish Creme in to. It has a delightfully subtle cocoa flavor while being delectably creamy. You will get hints of the Irish creme in every bite. Scoop this on top of some warm brownies for a fantastic dessert your adult guests won’t forget. For extra flair, put some Oreo cookies and peppermint patties in a Ziplock bag and go over with a rolling pin to crumble them up. Sprinkle it over the top of the ice cream and brownie dish to add a little minty goodness.

White Chocolate Coconut Rolled Cones with Pina Colada Ice Cream

On a warm day, there is nothing better than a refreshing pina colada—except maybe boozy pina colada ice cream in a snazzy cone! Add your favorite rum—we like a mixture of Malibu and Bacardi Superior for that extra flavor—to the Pina Colada mix and let that freeze. While you’re waiting on that, get a packet of waffle cones from the grocery store, some white chocolate chips, and some coconut flakes. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, dip the rim of your cones in the melted chocolate, and then roll into the coconut flakes. Let set. Scoop that ice cream in, top with a cherry, and relax by the pool.

Spiked Coffee Floats

Irish coffee? How about White Russian ice cream coffee floats? These will be a hit at your next get together! The White Russian flavor by The Boozy Creamery is a coffee ice cream spiked with your choice of vodka, (this is one of our favorites!) Add vanilla vodka to make it extra tasty. To make the coffee floats, either brewed coffee and cool it overnight in the fridge or purchase your favorite pre-made cold brew. Pour the cold coffee into tall glasses and top with a scoop of the White Russian ice cream. To make it extra boozy, top with a Kahlua floater. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, top it off with whipped cream, and garnish with chocolate flakes. Voila! Boozy coffee drinks at your service.

Mint-Mojito Birthday Cake Sundae

Are you racking your brain on what to make for the next birthday coming up? Don’t worry. This Mint-Mojito birthday cake sundae will be sure to blow everyone away. Add your favorite rum to the mint-mojito ice cream mixture. Before you freeze it, make sure to stir in 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles gently. Once it’s frozen, scoop the mix into a bowl. Stir in mini rainbow marshmallows. Serve in single bowls and drizzle with white chocolate flavored syrup. Top with a few extra marshmallows and sprinkles. Stick a candle in it and start singing! Birthday wishes complete!
