V

alentine’s Day or some may say Galentine’s Day, is around the corner. Are you panicking about what to do on that particular day with your loved ones and girlfriends? Well, it’s time to ditch the cliché Valentine’s day traditions and treat them to a memorable experience. Maybe a homemade dinner and some simple and refreshing cocktails? I know it sounds a lot easier than it seems, BUT don’t sweat it! Sipp Organic Sodas are here to save the day!

Sipp is a certified USDA organic soda that was first handcrafted at the CEO’s, Beth Wilson-Parentice, kitchen. Each flavor includes mixed organic ingredients of fruits and herbs that blend into a refreshing sparkling drink. These agave sweetener sodas have six different flavors, including Zest Orange, Ginger Blossom, Mojo Berry, Lemon Flower, Ruby Rose and Summer Pear.

If you like to add a little twist to your drink, you can add some liquor or wine along with it, or just drink it straight up as soda. Alcoholic or not, these beverages give off a very refreshing and bubbly feeling.

Once you have picked out the flavors you would like to pair with your Valentine’s Day dinner; you can kick it up a notch by checking out Sipp’s healthy drink recipes below!

“SIPP all started with a passion. A passion for superior taste, creating, entertaining and wanting to find MY passion.” — Beth Wilson-Parentice

Sipp Organic Sparkling Soda
Blackberry Mint Margarita

If you love both Mojitos and Margaritas, then this is your drink! This Blackberry Mint Margarita gives off a refreshing and fruity taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Ounces Tequila
  • 1 Ounce Lime Juice
  • 4 Ounces Sipp Mojo Berry

Directions:

Add the ingredients in a highball or margarita glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lime wedge or round.

If you like the taste of tequila, then you can follow the recipe and just add 4 ounces of Sipp Mojo Berry. When I tried it, the tequila flavor was very strong. However, if you enjoy a fruitier and sweeter cocktail, like me, I would recommend adding extra Sipp Mojo Berry! On top of that, instead of serving sugar or salt on the rim of the glass, it will taste a lot better if you moisten the rim of the glass with actual lime and drop lime into the drink after. It will give you a perfect sweet and sour taste!

Sipp Moscow Mule

Spicy yet refreshing. The Sipp Moscow Mule is the best of both worlds. It has the tiny bit of ginger’s spiciness from Sipp Ginger Blossom when it first touches the tip of your tongue. After it reaches your throat, the hint of vanilla from the Sipp Ginger Blossom takes over and lingers in your mouth.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ounces Vodka
  • ½ Ounce Lime Juice
  • 4-6 Ounces Sipp Ginger Blossom

Directions:

Squeeze lime into glass or copper mug and drop in half of the lime. Add ice, then vodka and fill with Sipp Ginger Blossom.

Usually, I am not a huge fan of Moscow Mules. But, with the Sipp Ginger Blossom, it makes the drink so much more refreshing! Plus, the hint of vanilla at the end sweetens out the spiciness of the ginger. I would really recommend this recipe if you love Moscow Mule, or you have never had it before!
