Eggs Benedict is definitely one of our go-to breakfast items, but Moore takes a contemporary spin on this classic dish, and it stacks up against the rest — even without the use of animal products! Th e So Cal Benedict is a vegan dish, plated with an English muffin topped with sweet and savory mushroom bacon, sautéed kale, pepita seeds and a scoop of luscious avocado; all smothered in a creamy vegan Hollandaise sauce. Pair this beauty with a Bloody Mary and alfresco ambiance during Indian summer months for the ultimate getaway dining experience right in your own back yard. Looking for something a little lighter? Another one of Moore’s seasonal menu items is the Avocado Toast, featuring a fresh slice of sourdough spread with smooth avocado, topped with roasted poblano, grilled corn, pepitas, scallion-cilantro crema, cherry tomato and Cotija cheese. If you’re looking for a little yolk drip action, go big and be sure to add that fresh egg sunny-side up.

If you’re in the mood for something sweet, try the Orange Blossom French Toast, it’s a great dish that off ers the perfect balance of sweetness that won’t leave you feeling like it’s nap time. Imagine thick, fluffy slices of Challah bread topped with poached rhubarb and strawberry, sprinkled with pistachios.
