- 4 Cups Flour
- 3 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1/ Tbs Salt
- 6 Tbs Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Lb Cream cheese
- 32 Oz Fresh peach puree
- 10 Extra large eggs
- 4 Tbs Vanilla
- Mix Beignet ingredients together to create fluffy dough, cool and hold cold until cheesecake is ready.
- Mix Cheesecake filling ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into pan and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and freeze to create an ice cream consistency. With small one oz scoop, stuff into beignets, lightly flash fry for 45 seconds to one minute.
- Toss with sugar and cinnamon powder, serve with homemade cinnamon whipped cream and caramel sauce served with sliced strawberries.
