For the smoothie

  • One large banana
  • ¾ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • One tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • One teaspoon spirulina
  • One tablespoon chia seeds
  • One tablespoon fresh blueberries
  • Three tablespoons coconut water (can also sub tap water)

For the decorations

  • peeled coconut
  • One kiwi cut
  • fresh blueberries
  • chia seeds
  • dried coconut flakes


  1. Combine all ingredients necessary for the smoothie and blend until smooth.
  2. Add on the decorations as you wish, making any substitutions best suited to your taste.
  3. Drink up and enjoy!
