NAMA SPRITZER

2oz Tanqueray Gin
½ oz lime juice
½ oz ginger puree
½ oz sugar syrup

Top up with 4 oz Carbonated sake. Build in a large wine glass over cubed ice.

UTSUMI SOUR

1 ½  oz Tanqueray Gin
12 oz peach liqueur
2 muddled aomomo Japanese baby peach
½  oz lemon

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice.

SAKE IT TO ME

2 oz Tanqueray Gin
1 oz Sake
½  oz lemon
½  oz dill syrup

Muddle fresh cucumber and shake all ingredient together. Pour over ice and garnish with dill sprig.
